Is the membership fee a lifetime membership fee?
Yes, the fee is a one-time charge to become a member of e-CBI. If for some reason
    e-CBI cannot get your business approved through Equifax, Experian or Trans Union,
    the fee will be refunded.
Once my business pays the membership fee and sends in all the paperwork, how soon
   can I start pulling inquiries?
Before your business is issued a Company ID, User Names and Passwords for the web
   site, e-CBI must obtain an Equifax, Experian or Trans Union member number for you
   (a new number is required even if your business is already a client). This process
   usually takes 24-48 hours for Experian and Trans Union, and about 2 weeks for Equifax.
What is e-CBI's per credit bureau inquiry pricing?
Please call us at 800-526-5832 to obtain pricing for each bureau.
What web browsers are compatible with e-CBI?
e-CBI works best with Microsoft's Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, although alternative
    web browsers are now supported.
How will e-CBI bill my business?
e-CBI's third party credit inquiry company (Credit Bureau Connection) will send invoices
   to clients once a month.
How can I be sure the transmission of credit data is secure with your web site?
The e-CBI web site encrypts all data using 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer technology.
    End users can decrypt the information using 128 bit versions of web browser(s) or better.
